Each format is designed around a different need: the first encounter, the deep immersion, and the collective unfolding. All held at our sanctuary close to the sea in the Algarve.

An intimate introduction for those new to the medicine. Three days of preparation, one ceremony, two days of integration. Maximum four participants.

For those called to go further. Multiple ceremonies over seven days with extended somatic and breathwork integration. Two participants only.

A rare group format for eight. Community, shared silence, morning movement by the sea, and ceremony. An ecosystem of mutual witnessing.
